The vision of Identity in Christ Ministries is to reconcile a lost generation to a perfect God by the renewal of their minds through the reminder of their unique character, purpose, and God-given nature in Christ.
Who We Are
Identity in Christ Ministries is a growing multi-cultural, non-denominational, gospel-centered church, movement, and ministry that seeks to love God and love people. On September 7th, 2014, Identity In Christ Ministries’ doors were opened for its very first Sunday service. Since then, God has used IIC Ministries to reach a generation of individuals that are in desperate need for the gospel of Jesus Christ. IIC Ministries focuses on reaching the Atlanta community and has a heavy influence on college campuses such as Georgia Tech. IIC Ministries is unique in that we are a local church that is based right on a college campus but still aims to spread the gospel and build disciples for Christ all throughout the community of Atlanta, GA.
IIC Ministries is composed of people from many Christian backgrounds. The church remains independent of any denominational structure but is not anti-denominational and welcomes all followers of Christ into our fellowship. IIC Ministries closely values the importance of outreach and faithfully serving our local community. Our church is led by local Georgia Tech graduate and Pastor: Adetola N. Faminu.
What we Believe
We uphold the entire Word of God as our governing authority. We confess and believe that our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, was born 100% God-100% man, lived a life of sinless perfection, took on the sins of the world, died under the wrath of God and then conquered death when He rose from the dead. These truths establish our Christian faith and enable an intimate fellowship with God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe the first greatest gift God could have ever give you was life. The second greatest gift God could have ever given you was your purpose.
Our goal is for you to discover YOUR divine purpose.
Do you want to know who you are? Do you know your purpose? Do you know your identity? Join us as we discover our identity found in Jesus Christ!
We invite you and your family to join us on this journey to advance God’s kingdom on the college campuses, in the workplace, and all across the world.
